Alicia, who do you typically work with?

I work with professionals at different stages of their leadership careers, from first-time supervisors to experienced executives. I also work with organizations that want to develop stronger leaders, improve workplace culture, and help their teams work better together.

I help professionals make thoughtful choices about how they present themselves so their image reflects their responsibilities, personal style, and the confidence they want to bring to their work.

What experience do you bring to your consulting and training?

I bring more than 30 years of experience leading teams, developing employees, and managing workplace challenges.

My career includes leadership and human resources experience with organizations such as FedEx, Verizon, GE, and the City of Memphis. I’ve managed global service centers, supported employee development, and worked through many of the same challenges leaders face today.

That experience shapes the practical advice and training I provide.

Do you offer in-person and virtual training?

I work with clients to determine the format that best fits their needs. Training, consulting, workshops, and speaking engagements can be discussed as part of your inquiry.
